Analysis of a schematic model for micro-rheology

Mode Coupling Theory (MCT) provides means to investigate complex fluids like colloidal suspension at high densities. Whereas full models are derived from microscopic dynamics, so-called schematic models try to capture the qualitative behaviour of the full equations. In this talk numerical and analytical results of a new schematic model for active micro-rheology are presented.
