The interplay between learning and memory in a highly correlated environment: a solvable model

I will introduce a recurrent network driven by external stimuli. Both neural and synaptic dynamics are modeled, and different kind of temporal correlations in the input signal are considered. The effects of both memory (given by recurrent currents), and input stimulation (given by external currents) over learning is studied in the context of a recent experiment. Results are supported by theory, for which new analytical tools are developed.
